Times Posted: All posted Auction start or ending times are local at the address for the Auction. For example, if the auction is in New York time is Eastern, Chicago time is Central, California time is Pacific.

STEPS FOR BIDDER APPROVAL

Step 1: Register to bid via the “Bid Online” link above.

Step 2: You will receive an email from a representative at CIA Industrial (search @cia-industrial in your inbox or spam). We will send these forms out starting about 2 weeks prior to the Auction date every morning and evening.

Step 3: The email from the CIA Industrial rep will contain forms to fill out which can either be signed digitally via Sign Now or printed and scanned/faxed back.

• If you are located inside the U.S. fill out the information on the forms that you have readily available, and documentation agreeing to the removal terms. If you don’t have some of the information, just put N/A and we will contact you if we decide we need more.
• If you are located outside the U.S. or have NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on your profile you will need to provide a deposit. Information on how to make this deposit will be included in the email from the CIA Industrial rep. These deposits are refundable if no purchases are made at the Auction and will be returned within 48 hours.

Once we receive the returned forms or required deposit, we will approve you to bid.

CIA Industrial reserves the right to reject Bidders at their sole discretion.

CHECKOUT HOURS:
ERRA will not be onsite until 9/21 for loading of major items
Wednesday, September 16th thru Friday, September 18th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday, September 21st thru Friday, September 25th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
All items must be removed by Friday, September 25th unless approved by Auctioneer and ERRA in writing email [email protected] and [email protected]

“TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE” ALL ITEMS MUST BE OFF THE PREMISES BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH AT 4:00 PM.
At the Owners Discretion, any items remaining after this time will be removed from the premises and stored at the expense of the buyer or considered abandoned and scrapped or subject to storage and access fees of $250 per lot, per day.

COMMERCIAL RIGGERS is the “ERRA” EXCLUSIVE RIGGER & REMOVAL AGENT is the only company authorized to rig, dismantle, and load equipment at the TED TURNER ARCHITECTUAL METALS Auction Site. Auction Buyers are responsible to pay the loading fee listed in the descriptions of each lot and for convenience these loading fees will be added to the Auction Invoices and remitted to the “ERRA.” Loading charges are for simple lift & load only, any special preparations will be an additional charge and need to be arranged with “ERRA”. Some items are listed as “loading charge TBD, (To Be Determined)” or do not have prices, loading charges for these items must be negotiated directly with the “ERRA.” Removal arrangements other than those stated herein must be made directly with the Auctioneer and the “ERRA”.
